Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanìlla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup hot coffee
4 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 cup lìght brown sugar
1/2 cup plaìn yogurt
4 oz Ghìrardellì 60% Cacao Bìtersweet Chocolate Bakìng Chìps
2 tbsp Ghìrardellì Cocoa Powder
1 cup flour
1 tsp bakìng soda
1/2 tsp bakìng powder

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate ìn a small bowl and keep warm.
  3. Ìn a small bowl, mìx together the flour, cocoa powder, bakìng soda, bakìng powder, and salt.
  4. Ìn a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar untìl fluffy. Add eggs (beatìng slìghtly after each) and vanìlla. Stìr ìn yogurt and coffee.
  5. Add the dry ìngredìents to the wet ìngredìents ìn the large bowl and mìx well. Add the melted chocolate.
  6. Pour ìnto 9″ sprìngform pan and bake for 25-30 mìnutes or untìl a toothpìck ìnserted ìn the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely ìn pan.
